About Five State Land Services, Inc.

Five State Land Services was formed in February, 2000 to provide Land, Environmental and Right of Way support services for oil, gas and pipeline operations in the five state region.  Although we have resources available in many areas, our primary focus is in the Hugoton Gas Field located in Southwest Kansas and the Texas / Oklahoma Panhandles.  Many of the brokers serving this area come from long distances requiring high mileage and boarding expenses.  We live in the area with the ability to provide quick and accurate results at lower cost to you. 

Five State Land offers a broad experience base to provide you with the best service available.  With several area brokers to serve you, there is no job too large or too small.  For larger jobs, we provide daily progress and spending reports posted to a secure (password protected) area on this site.  We also have electronic commerce capabilities.
